In cases of Neutropenia (agranulocytosis)? it's important to document a few things (that we probably already know):


Congenital agranulocytosis - Were they born with it ?

 

Agranulocytosis secondary to cancer chemotherapy - Which Cancer ?

 

Drug-induced agranulocytosis - Which Drug ?

 

Neutropenia due to infection - Which Infection ?

 

It's also good to document any complications such as mucositis
