• Identify the underlying cause (e.g., alcohol, congenital, etc.) - We already do that
• List any associated ascites or fibrosis - We already do that
• List associated conditions (e.g., fatty liver, esophageal varices, etc.) - We already do that
• Provide information regarding viral hepatitis when applicable - We already do that
